Justifi ("we", "us", "our") operates the AI-powered legal information platform at justifi.ca. We are based in Ontario, Canada, and are subject to Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

Justifi is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will delete it promptly. If you believe a minor has submitted information through our platform, please contact us at brandon@justifi.ca.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., legal resources, law societies). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies. Our Privacy Policy applies only to information collected directly by Justifi.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
